Ingredients:
- 1 medium sized onion, chopped
- 2 red of green bell peppers, chopped
- 2 garlic, crushed
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 800 grams minced chicken or beef
- 2 cans red kidney beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 can crushed or chopped tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
Instructions:
- Put some water in a pan.
- Add onions, then garlic, then bell peppers and cook for about 3 minutes.
- Add chili powder, paprika, coriander and cumin and stir well.
- Add chicken or beef and stir and cook until brown.
- Add beans, crushed tomatoes and tomato paste and cook for about 15 minutes.
Serve with rice, pasta or noodles.

tomato paste? It's called pure(with accent) ^_^ Otherwise yeah I been making this for a while but usually alter the recipee a bit and turn it into the spanish dish of chille con carne, very similar.
