University Student Recipe No. 1: Minced Chicken/Beef with Red Beans

N.B. Please read thoroughly before doing anything. I'm not responsible for your kitchen blowing up.
Ingredients:
  • 1 medium sized onion, chopped
  • 2 red of green bell peppers, chopped
  • 2 garlic, crushed
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 800 grams minced chicken or beef
  • 2 cans red kidney beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 can crushed or chopped tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste

Instructions:
  1. Put some water in a pan.
  2. Add onions, then garlic, then bell peppers and cook for about 3 minutes.
  3. Add chili powder, paprika, coriander and cumin and stir well.
  4. Add chicken or beef and stir and cook until brown.
  5. Add beans, crushed tomatoes and tomato paste and cook for about 15 minutes.

Serve with rice, pasta or noodles.

tomato paste? It's called pure(with accent) ^_^ Otherwise yeah I been making this for a while but usually alter the recipee a bit and turn it into the spanish dish of chille con carne, very similar.
